Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Parker Jewelers Inc. may be exchanged for a store credit within 30 days of purchase provided they are in unworn and unaltered condition. Items must also be accompanied by their original packaging and any other documentation included with the original purchase. Exchanges will not be permitted on custom design pieces, special order items, and any altered or engraved items. Certain sale items may not be eligible for exchange. Such items will be notated on the sales receipt.
